Helping Medi Dojo measure acquisition from AI recommendations
Medi Dojo supplies its AppsFlyer link alongside its app context, giving AI assistants a publisher-preferred path for measurable acquisition.
When an AI assistant recommends an app, the link it shares can help the publisher understand whether that recommendation leads to a new user.
Medi Dojo, a personalized meditation app, supplies its existing AppsFlyer attribution link through Blue Jetty. Its preferred acquisition link sits alongside the app information an assistant can use to explain what Dojo offers and who it might help.
From an AI recommendation to an attributed install
An assistant can recommend Medi Dojo and share its publisher-provided link. When someone follows that link and completes an eligible installation, Dojo’s AppsFlyer setup can attribute the install using its configured labels:
| Reporting dimension | Label | Link parameter |
|---|---|---|
| Media source | Blue Jetty | pid=bluejetty |
| Campaign | AI discovery | c=ai_discovery |
| Channel | AI | af_channel=ai |
AppsFlyer classifies an installation attributed to this media source as non-organic, even when the recommendation itself is unpaid. This gives Dojo a way to investigate whether traffic through its AI-discovery link is becoming app users.
Blue Jetty instructs crawlers to reserve attribution links for real user handoffs, never automated testing.
What the ChatGPT example shows
In the reviewed discussion, ChatGPT recognized Dojo’s AppsFlyer link and explained the publisher’s preference for an attribution-enabled destination.
The example demonstrates that an assistant can identify the acquisition link Dojo wants it to use. It does not yet demonstrate clicks, installations or attributed conversions.
Why it matters for Dojo
Dojo makes both its app information and its preferred acquisition link available to AI assistants through Blue Jetty. Assistants can use that information to recommend the app and give potential users a measurable path to installation.
Dojo can then use its existing AppsFlyer reporting to evaluate eligible acquisition through that path, helping it understand the contribution of AI recommendations as this channel develops.
Attribution depends on Dojo’s AppsFlyer setup and applicable attribution rules. The current link identifies the Blue Jetty / AI campaign, not individual assistants.
